Whilst the prices and information given on this website are checked to the best of our ability, no responsibility can be taken for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without notice. We will do our best to inform you of any changes affecting your order.
We always try to dispatch orders as quickly as we can (usually within 3 working days of receipt – or less), but please allow up to 10 days for delivery. If there are any items out of stock we will contact you and inform you of the likely delivery time.
Please note that ALL deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
ONLINE RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
At The Old Barn, we want you to be satisfied with our service, therefore we try to make our returns policy as straightforward as we can.
If you wish to return an item for any reason, you may do so at any time up to 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
To return a non-faulty item the product must be in its original condition with the original labels attached and the invoice. Please also include a note as to why you are returning the item, purely for our records.
Once an item has been worn or used we will be unable to refund or exchange unless the item is found by the manufacturer to have a fault.
Please include the following information:
- the reason for the return
- the original invoice/receipt
- and ensure the package is wrapped securely.
For your protection, we recommend that you send your package by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
Where a refund is required, we will return your money within 30 days.
We will refund your postage costs if the item is faulty, or there is an error in the delivery.
These statements do not affect your statutory rights.
